The hotel itself was absolutely wonderful—a peaceful retreat away from the city's chaos, offering both tranquility and safety. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The daily coffee service was a lovely touch that added to the overall excellent experience. Liked: Bed was very comfortable. Location was good. Far from the centre but it was worth for the price.Staff were extremely nice and helpful.
Disliked: We had a problem with a hot water. The staff and later on the management handled the problem very well so we can't complain.

Disliked: the room was dusty and not clean, paper tissue was left on the side table not been removed during my stay 4 night, the sink in shower box was block, the bed sheet smells so bad like detergent you cant sleep all night long, There is no sound insulation in the door or wall you can hear every single steps or word come out from the Corridors.
