Liked: the breakfast was very rich and satisfying. the dining room staff were super nice and helpful. the room was ok, apart from some little maintenance required - sink was clogged when we got to the room and upon request they immediately fixed it. Another example was the bathroom door that didn't close well, so after each shower water sprayed into the room. not big deals, but something that could have been avoided with proper maintenance.
Disliked: After a week stay, we expected to be let a free late checkout of 2 hours. the front desk refused. to be fair i must tell that they offered free baggage storing, which we used and were finally ok with. yet we had to rearrange our baggage and change cloths for the airport in the dining room's restroom, which wasn't a great experience...

Great place overall

Liked: I loved the space of the room and how accessible the amenities were. Staff were polite to empty the mini bar so I could use it to store personal chilled items.
Disliked: I didn’t like how there wasn’t chilled water bottle filling readily available or the noise pollution from the street (it honestly sounded like my windows were wide open 24/7).

Liked: It was impressive modern design of the entrance and rooms too. A bit unusual (but very well thought through and that's why comfortable) layout of some facilities in the room. Very nice buffet breakfast. Hope to stay there again.
