Close to Opera metro and...

Liked: Great location and service, our room was available b4 check in and so grateful 🙏. Clean kettle and assorted teas, coffee plus a personalised note and block pad to keep! Awesome. Only stayed 1 night, but we'll be back!
Disliked: Bed could have been firmer, but that is my personal choice. Otherwise a great stay.

Liked: The hotel is well located near Metro station Opera, from where all hot spots of Madrid can be easily reached by public transport and even by walking !All delightful pedestrian and shopping areas around, markets, local tapas bars, main attractions & main sights of the city.The room was big enough, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nothing extraordinary, though offering sufficient variety to start everyday fully motivated and with best mood !The staff was very friendly and concerned in case support and advice was needed.Highly recommended and absolutely worth coming again - I felt very welcome !

My headquarter in Madrid

Liked: Second time staying here. Very well located. Awesome friendly staff. Good breakfast. The room is spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: The only thing I really don’t like is the AC. It doesn’t work properly. I kept it on for 5 days straight and the room is still not cold. I sweated every night. This needs to be fixed.
