Great location and facilities

Liked: Great location for shopping and touring Madrid. Also close to amazing bars and restaurants. The pool and terrace were great especially after a few hours of touring the city. The room was nice and modern with air conditioning and black out blinds
Disliked: The room was small but not really an issue. However the bathroom was not very private as the door to the toilet is cloudy glass. Fine for a solo person but not ideal for sharing.

Disliked: Rude staff: I encountered unhelpful and unprofessional behavior from staff members, particularly at the bar. It felt as though their main interest was selling overpriced cocktails rather than providing genuine service or hospitality.Room conditions: The room I was assigned was much smaller than expected, had an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and featured a very poor view from the window.Housekeeping: The cleaner showed little interest in maintaining the room. I had to ask multiple times for the room to be cleaned, which should be a basic service.Noise disturbance: There was excessive noise both at night and in the early morning, making it difficult to rest or sleep properly.Swimming pool misrepresentation: The rooftop pool was extremely small and did not match the appearance shown in your promotional photos. This was disappointing and felt misleading.Overall, I did not enjoy my stay, and I do not plan to return to your hotel. The experience was frustrating and did not reflect the value for the price I paid.

Loved every second!

Liked: Everything! I will never stay anywhere else when I go to Madrid. Room was beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful, location was perfect, pool was great!
Disliked: It’d be good to have more full length recliner sunbeds as they filled up quickly but I know this is tricky with space

Liked: The location was excellent and central with a soectacular view over the city from the rooptop. All the staff were friendly.

Great stay

Liked: Rooms were gorgeous and well decorated. Beds were comfy. Location was perfect. There was a nice rooftop pool which was never too busy, though you had to be there as soon as it opened to grab a sun lounger. Staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. At night time, the pool terrace turned into a bar, which was cool. Rooms were quiet and couldn't hear any noise.
Disliked: I liked everything. Would stay here again.
