Liked: The location of the hotel is super central which makes it walkable distance to almost everything in the central area (we even walked to Salamanca). The staff is very attentive and helpful. They've addressed all of our needs immediately and were very kind. Special thanks to the cleaning team (Jessica) for ensuring the highest standards for cleanliness and also for the amazing attention to detail. We were drinking only single type of tea which would be challenging to stop among the many options provided but she did notice and was making sure to provide it every day. Thank you for your services and would love to come back in the future!

Liked: Great hotel - it looks very nice and modern. The staff is great and is always there to help. Our room had a Gran Via view and it was a lot quieter than we expected! The room is quite big which we appreciated. It's walking distance to restaurants and main attractions, and it was quite easy to get there from Atocha. Breakfast was wonderful! There's a great selection of cereals + milks for sweet breakfast, and eggs/meat/vegetables/bread for savory breakfast. If you get lucky with the table, you can also have a wonderful view! This was definitely the best hotel breakfast I've had so far.

Liked: Very good design of room and bathroom/ toilet. well isolated, no noise from Gran Via. Especially I enjoyed the light-design of the room. Good breakfast buffet
Disliked: Entry of ground floor feels strange as reception is on 9th floor

Location is the best

Liked: The location is in the place every tourist needs. By waking you can reach to your distinctions. If you stay in the hotel you just open the window and enjoy the looking. The cleanliness is great.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: I like the rooftop , breakfast and the clean scent of the hotel, and very accessible and center of all the attractions.
Disliked: Breakfast was overpriced and not even allowed to take food from the breakfast to take it in your room .

Liked: Great location and the staff were great! It was very clean also and the rooms were cleaned each day. Security men were very nice also.
