Liked: The bed was super comfy, just what you need after a day walking around Madrid
Disliked: It took too long to get served a drink on the roof terrace, didn't seem like they had enough staff

Liked: Loved the unique decor. Staff were very helpful! Comfy bed!
Disliked: The washroom area not very private. More shelf area needed for toiletries if you are sharing space.

A lovely hotel situated pretty...

Liked: Very central to the Metro and subsequently to the tourist attractions and to shops.The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The only thing that let it down for me was that there were no vegan options for breakfast. Other than that, I cannot fault it.
