Nice hotel in centre of...

Liked: Great location in the centre of Granada, lovely relaxing pool area. They gave myself and my husband a free breakfast because it was my birthday. ☺️

Lovely little hotel with great...

Liked: After a miscommunication regarding luggage storage, the staff and manager were very helpful and accommodating to resolve it. I really appreciated their understanding! Overall the hotel is lovely with a stunning roof terrace and wonderful staff. Many thanks for my stays.

I would avoid this place...

Liked: Airport shuttle included and close to airport and there are some decent places to eat within walking distance. Those are the ONLY good things about it. The rest is horrible.
Disliked: The thermostat could not be controlled. It was SO HOT in the room. We asked someone to come up and turn on the air and she did not know how to use it either. She said they had no fans but she would be back in 5 min after asking colleague- never came back. Gave room keys that didn’t work. Long black hairs all over the bathroom (not mine ). Someone smoking in room next door at 11 pm and 6 am - smelled so gross. They told us to open the window so a streetlight was shining in my face all night and heard everyone talking and getting into cars all night. Worst hotel stay of the trip. Asked the man at the desk if he had a feminine care box and he said speak up - so I said louder do you have a tampon , and he said no and speak in a normal voice. He’s so rude. Thankfully we only had to stay there for one night but it really made me want to return home after that.

Liked: This was a real p/p hotel for us. My brother and I felt very cozy, the terrace was amazing, room was clean and comfortable, the location is also amazing in the center, surrounded with cafes and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere and did not once need a taxi (Pls consider Albaicin and Al Hambra is located in a hill and walking is a true challange). Haneen in the reception was really helpfull.
