Liked: Perfect for shopping as it’s close to the Duomo and popular stores and restaurants.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the hotel didn’t inform us at the time of booking that the street in front of the hotel was closed due to renovation work. This caused the following issues: the taxi couldn’t stop at the hotel, so we had to walk along the damaged street with our large suitcases to reach the hotel. In addition, there was loud construction noise starting from 9 AM, including the sound of drilling, equipment, and workers. Lastly, we stayed at the hotel for three nights, and they didn’t clean the room despite our request.
