Disliked: Not enough staff, dirty walls and the sink was blocked, pillows were not comfortable.

Nice, quiet and very comfortable

Liked: Really comfortable bed and nice bathroom. It was quiet in the room, even though there was a lot of traffic in the morning. Didn’t hear a thing!Copious breakfast with a lot of healthy and less healthy choices. Nice view of the Erasmus bridge.
Disliked: The room was a bit dusty, probably because it was carpeted.

Good hotel for business and...

Liked: Good location, nice and helpful staff. When I tried to check in in the early morning because of my early flight, they did not have any rooms available, which is understandable. But when they had a room ready, they let me in so that I did not need to wait at the lobby for too long. I know they did not have to do so, but it was very nice to make the arrangement for a person who had just taken a 13-hour flight.

Lovely Stay!

Liked: Loved how colourful and pretty everything was. Really made it a joy to stay in my room in between activities. It was my birthday during my stay and the staff surprised me with chocolate and balloons. So considerate and kind!
