Liked: The location is pretty unbeatable, just right next to Passeig de Grácia with its designer shops and steps away from the gorgeous Casa Batló. All of the staff that work in the reception are great, kind, polite, friendly. The bed is big, comfortable and has nice bed sheets. Love the decor also, very modern and maximalist, the bedroom isn't too big but the bathroom is great.I didn't get a chance to check the pool as it was winter season, so I can't speak to that.Overall, would stay here again and it was definitely a great choice.

Nice, comfortable and attentive staff!

Liked: The room was nice and comfortable. I liked the jelly gumdrop welcome snack in our room - it was a nice touch. I think we were the last guests to check in for the night but as we approached the reception asked “are you {name}?” before we announced ourselves. We also had an issue with the curtain hanger falling down when we adjusted it and they replaced it and remembered at the end when we checked out and apologized for it.
Disliked: No issues
