Liked: There were a couple of things I appreciated during my stay: the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel was quite convenient.
Disliked: One of the most frustrating aspects of this hotel was the overwhelming darkness throughout the entire property. The lobby, hallways, and even the rooms were all dimly lit, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. It felt as though the hotel was extremely stingy with lighting, which not only made everything look gloomy but also gave the impression that the place wasn't clean. After all, it's hard to feel confident about cleanliness when you can't see things clearly.Breakfast was another major letdown. The scrambled eggs were completely cold, and to make matters worse, I found hairs in the kiwi slices — an absolutely unacceptable hygiene issue. Even the coffee from the machine was disappointing, as it wasn’t hot enough to properly enjoy.Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor lighting, cleanliness concerns, and overall low breakfast quality.
