Well located stylish hotel to...

Liked: The property is very stylish, the room was spacious, the location is unmatched and the breakfast was great!
Disliked: There’s a major construction in the street where the hotel is located, which means dust and some noise during the day (nothing too dramatic but is a bit of an inconvenience). And our check-in experience unfortunately wasn’t super smooth.

Liked: The staff were very friendly, I even reached the hotel late around 6:00AM.. and had no cash.. the staff Jonathan was very kind to walk with me to the ATM because it was still dark… and thank God he did.. room & restroom were so clean.. the bed sheets were very clean
Disliked: Only little noise from the street can still be heard

Disliked: For the price and daily housekeeping you’d think the amenities in the shower would be usable. When I went to use the conditioner - totally empty. That was disappointing. Little details are important. Noisy construction daily. Room was clean but old

Having tried other comparable nearby...

Liked: Located in barrio de las letras the hotel has you within walking distance the big museums, Puerto del Sol, Plaza Mayor, several metro stops, and tons of cafes, bars, shops, and restaurants of the barrio. I find the staff warm and welcoming. Did not choose to have breakfast as there many less expensive options right outside the door so I can’t speak to that. But no complaints, none.
