Everything was good, nothing was...

Liked: Overall, everything was good, nothing was amazing. The location is the hotel's best feature. Both a short walk to the royal palace and plaza Mayor (west) and the golden triangle of museums (east). The room was nice and quiet with great interior design, the bed was comfortable and shower worked very well.
Disliked: The hotel feels dated. Breakfast quality (bread, coffee, fruit, smoothie) and options were dissapointing particularly regarding savoury options but sweet options were good. Staff were professional but not overly attentive. The hotel lacked basic amenities (cotton buds).

Great stay, breakfast needs improvement

Liked: The staff was very friendly and professional, the rooms were very nice, beautiful decoration, and the location was perfect! we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Also, despite the fact that it is centrally located, the room as quiet.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was not good, I guess the quality of food was not top notch. The fruit, cheese, breads, etc were not tasty at all. I would recommend evaluating the suppliers and perhaps look for some that offer better quality.
