Liked: We were greeted by the staff very politely and also guided us well thoroughly on the check in. Whenever we needed assistance, there were adequate staffs on hand for help.
Disliked: Probably the soundproofing needs to be improve.

Comfortable bed and well located...

Liked: The location was very good as it was walking distance from both the convention center and the city center and the bust stop was right outside. The room was very clean.
Disliked: The staff at the reception was cold and also I struggled with bag collection at the valet counter. I arrived in a taxi to collect my bags and kept waiting as there was no one there and the reception staff were very unhelpful and asked me to wait and watch. After waiting for long 8-10 minutes and no show I decided to collect my bags myself and left the ticket at the counter as my taxi was refusing to wait any longer. Also the room had no chair / stool/ sofa to sit on!! One would expect that . At some point one needs to sit down and there was no place to sit in the room except for sitting on the bed !

I left after one night.
