Overall a positive experience. Great...

Liked: Comfortable beds, friendly and accomodating staff, clean and tidy rooms.
Disliked: The bar downstairs was closed for a private function our whole visit, which was a shame as we were keen to try it out. Some items on the included breakfast options were served in plastic cups, didn’t seem quite worth it the price paid.

Great hotel for couples or...

Liked: Everything - The location is really central but not on the main road so not super busy. The room was very clean and nicely furnished, bed really comfortable. Staff who helped with check in and out were friendly and helpful.

Liked: The location was amazing, near to supermarkets, restaurants, beach and attractions. The bedroom was very comfortable.
Disliked: We didn't like the fact of the room service be every other day and the bathroom doesn't have door in the shower what makes the bathroom all wet and we have to keep drying after shower. Plus, the service of breakfast includes just one dish "free" per day, different of regular hotels where is buffet and you can serve yourself.

Liked: Clean rooms,very close to the beach.The staff was very nice
Disliked: We found cockroach on the nineth flour.We had breakfast but all of our stay did not have cappuccino and chocolate croissant even it was on the menu.We asked for late check out it was not possible.Small rooms and it would be nice to have more hangers for the cloth.Pour breakfast.I would reccomed others to buy breakfast on the street not in the hotel.

very enjoyable stay, made better...

Liked: The location was ideal for the waikiki central area. the room was a little small for the queen size bed and had no balcony.It was a shoet 7minute walk to Waikiki beach and shorter to the main shops & restaurants. The staff were very friendly with a 24hr reception and couldn't do enough for us
