Great stay!

Liked: Great location, close to Times Square, Central Park and midtown, with subway stations around the corner but despite being in the middle of the busyness of the theatre district, from our room at night there was hardly any noise . Spacious room, very comfortable beds and very helpful reception staff. The lobby was a great space and as the hotel doesn’t offer dining, they were more than happy for guests to use the lobby as a casual dining space. Lots of restaurants and takeout options near the hotel. My husband and son also made use of the gym pass, although not in the hotel, it was only a block away. We had a great stay and would definitely return here!

Comfortable beds and conviently located.

Liked: Location was perfect. We could walk to almost everything we wanted to go to. The couch in the room was an awesome feature.
Disliked: One of the elevators was broken so it sometimes took a long time to go up or down.

Disliked: With the family we had included breakfast in our booking, but this meant we had a $15,- credit per person, which provides no advantage over just paying for what we ordered on a given day. Since we could not cancel our breakfast booking, we had no possibility of having breakfast in another restaurant. The breakfast was very disappointing and minimal, with no fresh bread or fresh fruit, while the setting (in the lobby, which was rather dark) was also not very inviting for having breakfast.
