Liked: Sympathetic and Professional Service especially the Restaurant; Variaty of spa areas, local Apple Supply; excellent breakfast; solid and Well maintained bikes; „ostfriesischen Tee“

Great hotel with excellent restaurant...

Liked: Good location, comfortable rooms and excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Secure bike storage and helpful staff. Pool and spa are a bonus.

We will stay there again when we return to Norden

Liked: The tea service was amazing. The breakfast buffet was superb. The hotel was very beautiful and authentic. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. They had a laundry service which was quick and efficient.
Disliked: It was hard for us to use the spa services and there was a daily charge for it which added to the daily cost. It would have been nice to be able choose if we wanted to add the spa portion.
