Superb
Liked: Awesome location and suites are very nice (newly refurbished).
Disliked: Breakfast was a mess. Nice restaurant but very little food and staff all seemed like it was their first day…

Perfect location to explore Zurich
Liked: Fabulous old building and terrific location. Reception staff were outstanding.
Disliked: Uncomfortable bed. Awful shower configuration - very difficult to use.Breakfast selection underwhelming and breakfast service not up to standard expected at a property of this level.

Felt like a castle stay...
Liked: I requested a suite with a tub and the room was amazing and very European. Felt like we were in a castle. The balcony while on the side of the building was cool and we could see the river. The bed was comfy and the linens superb. Nice water and Nespresso. The restaurant and all the staff were excellent!
Disliked: I was surprised no AC. Missed it in the info. They had lots of fans and we left the windows open which was fabulous. Could be hot if outside hot. We were on the 3rd floor, assuming it was hotter as you went up levels. The towels are fabulously big BUT had/stiff as boards. Like sandpaper.Unfortunately there was construction being done in the building beside our room and huge generators ran all day long. Normally you wouldn't notice too much; however, it was LOUD with the windows open. Thankfully they stopped at dinner.
