Roker Hotel BW Premier Collection

The room itself was clean although stifling hot even with the windows left open all day, and that was with the radiators off. Ate in the onsite cafe/restaurants and found the food was not of the standard I'd expect from Best Western, although certainly the price. The staff were friendly enough but feel a little more training is needed as they tried to charge me for someone else's room.

Disliked: Rude security officer on the evening, alot of breakfast was running low especially the fruit

Liked: Good location. Ease of parking.Friendly staff.Clean comfortable room.Good food in bar.
Disliked: Unfortunately we had an incident when one evening another guest entered our room with their key even though we had locked the door. When leaving another guest had placed their bar bill on our room number.

A different experience, good overall...

Liked: It’s a bit different from the nom, it makes a nice change.
Disliked: I didn’t like having to pay upfront, I looked for something else, but decided to risk it. There is only a tiny sign on the wall outside saying Roker Hotel. The place is difficult to find.
