The room itself was clean although stifling hot even with the windows left open all day, and that was with the radiators off. Ate in the onsite cafe/restaurants and found the food was not of the standard I'd expect from Best Western, although certainly the price. The staff were friendly enough but feel a little more training is needed as they tried to charge me for someone else's room.

Liked: Great location & in walking distance of beach & restaurants. Lovely tea rooms at hotel & large bar area. Plenty of parking.
Disliked: Though requested quiet room the noise from bar/function room vibrated in room so couldn't stay in room in evening we had to go out until music stopped around 11.30pm.

Disliked: The music was so loud in the room I couldn’t sleep and went on until at least midnight. They were clearly having a party in the bar which I did not expect!

Disliked: Room very noisy cold water pipes running every time someone above used the cold water taps or flushed the toilet woke us in the night. We were right down in the basement , spoke to reception on departure and she told us to book direct with them next time and ask to be on the first floor.,
