Roker Hotel BW Premier Collection

The room itself was clean although stifling hot even with the windows left open all day, and that was with the radiators off. Ate in the onsite cafe/restaurants and found the food was not of the standard I'd expect from Best Western, although certainly the price. The staff were friendly enough but feel a little more training is needed as they tried to charge me for someone else's room.

Liked: Great location for work ,fantastic views ,great staff very friendly and efficient, dinner and breakfast excellent,choice of main restaurant or in the bar ,nice to have the option .
Disliked: Needs nothing ,doing a great job as it is .

Disliked: The management staff , the booking system, the room was above smoking area smoke coming in through window constantly, we also had a baby with us not appropriate room for family .fights outside hotel between wedding party and residents . Swearing bad language again not appropriate for children to stay here . Breakfast was just put in the fryer disgusting. Screws sticking out of carpet in room very sharp .I will be expecting a major refund , or will be taking this further .the window directly above the wooden structure is where we were
