Liked: Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room so got all the basics right
Disliked: Shower could be improved, slight leak in the bathroom. Would benefit from some general refurb and a plug socket by the bed

Liked: Staff/Reception were super friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and cosy. As a solo female traveller, it was particularly awesome that they offered room service as well as the restaurant. Room service had traditional Indian meals as well as a good selection of other options, and there was a table and comfy chair in the room for dining. There was a generous supply of towels, toiletries, coffee and biscuits. Plenty of easy parking. I will be back, thank you.
Disliked: Free WiFi was not strong enough to use.

Comfortable and pleasant

Liked: Guy at reception desk at check in was super friendly.Room was quiet, quite big and had everything in it you need.Shower was good and they provided big towels, such a nice touch.Big, comfortable bed, 2 seater sofa, table, desk... couldn't ask for more, thank you.
Disliked: Maybe an electric socket near the bed would have been nice.
