Nice hotel perfect for what...

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking good. Adequate facilities for single nights stay.
Disliked: Clean and cosy.

Noisy, food and drink expensive...

Liked: The fact it had an onsite restaurant so didn’t have to travel for food. Onsite parking
Disliked: So noisy both inside and outside, no sound proofing and none of doors had soft close mechanisms so everything slammed. The only meal I ate Monday was at the onsite Indian restaurant. Found it to be expensive and service charge automatically applied. The food quality wasn’t great and since that meal I have had severe upset stomach. Shame as on paper looked a great place to stay.

Exceptional

Liked: the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel very comfortable ,Our room was spacious and clean,  The bed was very  comfortable and i absolutely love blackout shutter over the window it  ensured a perfect night's sleepBonus free parking!!We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant called nirvana it's fine Indian dinning was delicious i absolutely loved the menu and the  service. Was exceptional We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and eating at the restaurant, can't wait to return.

Excellent value for money in...

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with all necessary facilities, hairdryer tea/coffee, washing products etc.Excellent value for money
Disliked: Only drawback for me was accessibility. I struggle a little with stairs and steps and there were lots of small steps, even on the ground floor There were disabled parking spaces but then steps into the hotel! I did manage these slowly.I would still stay here again as it was excellent value for.money.

Solid Inn with great amenities

Liked: Comfy room and good facilities. Attached to a very good Indian restaurant and a pub obviouslyGreat for a few night stay over
