Liked: Plenty parking. Great WiFi service. Friendly staff.

Passable

Liked: Good location with parking
Disliked: Cobwebs in the room and corridor. Not being able to bring a visitor after 8pm. Generally, the interior decor looked tired.

Liked: Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean room. Secluded parking for motorcycle.
Disliked: Had to ask for first room to be changed - but this was done swiftly.Loo flush a bit erratic.Long walk from entrance to rooms.

Liked: The room was so private, and roomy. The people were amazing and kind and friendly

Liked: It looked ok from the outside
Disliked: The room was not serviced during my stay. A duty tea cup was left without being replaced and as only one cup was in the room that was unacceptable. The toilet did not flush properly. When I complained I was told that rooms are not serviced at weekends! I was also told to leave the toilet cistern to fill before using. I had been out of the room for nine hours! I decided to leave and packed my bag. As I left the reception staff only then said that I could move rooms. Too late. I booked the holiday inn and left. I should like a refund.

Liked: The room was not comfortable and we had to cancel the booking. My money for 2nd day also didn't get refunded while I was confirmed for one day refund.
