Liked: The receptionist was friendly and helpful. This hotel had a sign in kiosk, where I finalized my check in. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: One of the comforters was stained. We were only given one hand towel and 2 washcloths. No bath towels. The hand towel was dirty.

Liked: So in the end we didn't stay at the Roadway. I tried to call several times that night before arriving from full day on the road and staff just let the phone ring, never answered my call to confirm my stay so I called another hotel in the area and stayed there instead. On the booking page I had to put in my credit card and selected complete payment at counter but Roadway took the full payment anyways and not answering my call again to get my money back. The counter person did call me wondering when we were arriving, after I was in bed at the other hotel and apologized for not answering my calls and assured me I would not be charged but I was anywayThe reason I needed to confirm is , because at the end of the sign up booking page it said error cannot complete confirmation
