Disliked: Completely unsafe. Black mold in bathroom. Uncaring cleaning. Any amount of difficulty is skipped over. HAND SPLICED ELECTRICAL BEHIND MATTRESS RESTING AGAINST FLAMMABLE BEDDING. Recommended immediate closure. Shall report. Facility good enough. Poor practices byManagement and maintenance making hotel unsanitary and unsafe.

I’d probably stay there again

Liked: No breakfast
Disliked: Needed more parking for the number of rooms. I wish the people could speak English and understand English. That’s probably my biggest complaint about motel people. They said they only had me down for 2 nights when the confirmation they sent said three and I was charged for three.

Perfect for our needs.

Liked: It was a basic hotel for a stay while at an event at the fairgrounds. It was quite adequate for what we needed.
Disliked: More pillows and extra blankets as it was a bit cold.

Liked: It was close to everything in Stephenson WA
Disliked: First thing, I called the motel to tell them we would be checking in after our event at 11am and they assured me someone would be at the front desk. When we got there it took a good half hour to 40 mins to get someone to answer the door that was locked. Then they tried to give us a room with a small full bed , when we paid for a double king room. We had to settle for a double queen room. The room was old and filthy and there was an old broken TV on the wall with a new smaller working TV in front of it, on the night stand. There was no place safe to take my dog out to do her business. The entire place is cemented in. So I had to walk my tiny Chihuahua, in the middle of the night, down the street, to a closed down store and walk her into a dark creepy area because it was the closest place with any grass or green area for pets to evacuate themselves. All in all, this motel was way overpriced and just an old terrible smelly delaminated place that shouldn't be open for business.
