Superb

Liked: From the comments I knew what to expect there and I could imagine why the rules about deposit and other things were set. I got all the information I needed, I even got help with my suitcase and a very nice chat during the morning coffee. I was exhausted and stressed out when I came to the hotel, but I could felt the helpfulness.
Disliked: The floors are not very clean, the AC is loud when on and there was noise from people using the ice machine during the whole night. But of course, most of these things I didn't like are based on cultural differences. Breakfast was really just coffee/tea and no food, but I didn't feel like eating anyway.

Disliked: Issue for several days concerning dim picture on TV. It was finally fixed last day I was there.
