Liked: Nothing I spent 400 dollars stayed one night couldn’t get a refund or check or anything else from booking or the hotel drug use and all it was the most ridiculous thing ever happened to me
Disliked: I didn’t like the current situation with the extended stay tenants

Superb

Disliked: wish the breakfast began earlier. you could check the flight schedule at MSY and make it earlier on some days.vending machine only accepted cash.

Poor

Disliked: Almost everything was poor, beds that made so much noise, lumpy mattresses, the room smell was just awful. We were pleased when morning arrived and we could check out!

Affordable with greate location. But...

Liked: This place has potential and has a great location close to the airport but a few details will ruin the stay for a guest. Here are the details we did not like:- They did not return our cash deposit because we were checking out early to get to our early flight. They only return cash deposits after 8 AM, which was not communicated to us at checkin even though we informed them of our early morning checkout time.- The electricity in the room had problems and some of the lights were either flickering or not working.- The toiled door knob had a fishy smelly greasy substance on it.

Disappointing

Liked: I think the hotel need to be more clean around and I had to kill a roach in my room.
