Disliked: I booked the king size bed for one adult . When I got to the hotel I was told that room was unavailable and they have a room with 2 beds , I took the room and the pictures of these rooms are nothing like the actual room itself .

Disliked: Room had not been cleaned , feces was on the back of the toilet seat. I had to get housekeeping to clean that. Also was a powdered substance all over the dresser that the television was sitting on, had to get housekeeping to clean that. Toilet was stopped up and had to get maintenence to fix that. Very loud guests , music at the pool with a group of people and the staff said nothing to them, also the pool closes at 7 and the desk clerk was watching them swim along with the loud music and never said anything to them, he let them do what they wanted. I was also lied to about the price I would be paying .

Disliked: The owner was rude and didn’t seem to care when we told him stuff was wrong I stayed for almost a week was given 2 towels for 4 people and wasn’t allowed to let them dry outside was told it was my problem not his when I told him of if I took them inside they would mess the floor up but he told me that wasn’t his problem. The tub wouldn’t drain was told all week someone would be up to look at it never happened . Also couldn’t turn the shower off so had to let it run to fill the tub up to bath my children. I could keep going but you understand
