Liked: The location was good . I am working on the road and being right off the freeway is nice.The room is nice looking at first
Disliked: To start with I got here and my room wasn't ready, it wasn't ready until nearly 4 PM an hour after check in. The staff started out nice, but then became rude because I was frustrated, they told me to have a seat and wait.They did at one point offer a full refund, however when you are working on the road and tired, and book a room you don't need to deal with trying to find another. When the room was ready no one told me. But they did tell me I couldn't enter the room I was paying for until I was allowed. Once I got in the room it smelled clean, and looked clean.It was not, so I'm not sure why they spent time cleaning it.There were some dirty socks very visible under a bedside table. One of the mirrors has smudges and splatters all over it and the floors in the corners are very dirty like they just push the dirt there. I have stayed at motels over 500 times for work in the last 12 years and have never been treated so badly then rewarded by a room that was not clean

Disliked: Just the general atmosphere, excessive late noises from adjacent guests.

Disliked: on the website it shows free breakfast and it doesn’t even come with it! when someone helped me check in he wasn’t nice or didn’t help me right away. the other person who was there didn’t even bother to even tell me will be right with you. Other then that i would give my stay a 8 out of 10

Liked: The area was not safe!!! I checked in at 3pm and went to an event and we returned at 8pm. The room was dirty, and cockroaches in the bath room, al around the microwave. I returned to the office and I told them that the room is full cockroaches and the room was dirty I told I can not have my family sleep in that room, he said they can not refund me the cost. They gave me another room we were tired. It was hard to sleep people running around, cops knocking on a door honestly it's not a safe place and infested with cockroaches, we left real early. We did not want there breakfast, there was no breakfast. This place no stars.

Disliked: That the pictures you have on line are NOTHING like it really is once you get there. High gang activity, prostitution and drugs.
