Would never stay here again...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Old run down -room not clean smelled like smoke was supposed to be nonsmoking. Advertised breakfast included & was told none provided at check in. Told 1 granola bar per person & tiny cup of coffee. This is FALSE advertising & we would not have booked if we knew this !! Towels had holes in them, no Kleenex in room and furniture was broken. Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows worse I’ve ever had to sleep on. This motel needs help and maintenance!!

Liked: Place to sleep for the night. Not many options to choose from in area.
Disliked: It just wasn't clean the way I think it should be. Bed wasn't comfortable. I was told breakfast was coffee and granola bar. Just disappointing for the price you pay.

Spent comfortable night at this...

Liked: Nice property located in an area where there were many places to eat. Easy access to the downtown area. Staff person was very accommodating in assisting to meet the needs of my husband who needs to sleep upright.
Disliked: The breakfast listed consisted of coffee and small granola bars; pretty paltry. We were there the end of March; weather was in upper 70s. There is an outdoor pool. It was a beautiful spot but was not opened yet for season. It would have been nice to use the pool as weather was nice.

The No Breakfast Breakfast Place!

Liked: Great location for a night's stopover, by the highway and with several eateries in walking distance. Friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: We hadn't been forewarned (that we can tell) that we would pay extra for our cats, though our booking asked specifically for a pet-friendly place. The previous night's "pet-friendly" hotel did NOT charge extra, so Rodeway's policy was a surprise disappointment.Also, our booking at Rodeway included breakfast; however, that meant a not-great coffee and a small granola bar. Again, the hotel we were in the night before showed the exact same verbiage on the confirmation, and there really WAS a varied breakfast bar offering with eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, several cereals and drunk offerins, so Rodeway fell extremely and disappointingly short in that expectation as well.

Disliked: The ads said "Free breakfast" and at check-in we were told there was breakfast in the morning, but there was NO breakfast in the morning.

We would not use this...

Liked: All but one of the staff members was friendly and helpful. It was in a good location, easy to get to and it was clean.
Disliked: It was far below the expectation for the rating on the web site for this property. It was poorly maintained. We were very disappointed.
