Liked: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet during the night, no loud noises or people keeping you awake. The shower had plenty of hot water.
Disliked: The property is very dirty. When I checked in there was a lady in the office with her sick dog - she had all kinds of stuff stacked out the door of the office - she was very dirty. She talking about her and her dog being sick and the hotel was doing nothing to help her. She seemed homeless. The man behind the counter told me to not talk to her. Very awkward moment to get checked in with my daughter. Made us uncomfortable.

A cheap hotel from hell:...
Disliked: Door very difficult to open. Food in fridge from previous occupant. Not enough electrical outlets. Poor lighting. Parking lot is creepy.

Not a nice or helpful...
Liked: Pretty disappointed with the service and how I was treated. The only reason I booked here is because it claimed cleanliness and that I could bring my dog. Upon arrival I was surprised that it was not the cleanest nor was it pet friendly. When I explained to the owner that I had my dog but that I also had no place for him to go, I asked for help or a recommendation of where I could keep him as the whole point of our stay was a little get away for my fiancÚ's birthday. He didn't help instead he told me to sit down while he thought about what to do and eventually decided I could keep my dog in my car but that if he barked or someone complained he would be coming to my room to tell me. He kept telling me he'd be watching and that there were a lot of security cameras after I had already told him I heard him and that I wasn't going to sneak my dog in. I then headed to the room while he watched the whole time. On the way up to the room the place wasn't in great condition, lots of peeled off and unattractive paint, smelled of cigarettes and there were some transients wandering around. When I made it into the room it smelled strongly of cigarettes that had been covered up by heavy amounts of fragrance or air freshener while everything else actually looked nice. I left to go pick up my fiancÚ from his massage and on our way back explained the situation. We packed up and left, did not get our money back and went to the Vagabond Inn which was cheaper, nicer, cleaner, friendlier, helpful and pet friendly.
Disliked: The lack of empathy for a customer that's exhausted after driving for hours, feeling bombarded with the same information that I'd be being watched, the lack of helpfulness (allowing my dog to stay in a car while constantly telling me you'll be watching IS NOT HELPFUL), not treated with kindness at all although his wife seemed nice I would much rather have spoken with her.
