Extremely dissaapointed

Liked: There was no place to put your luggage except on the desk which was directly in front of the desk. Therefore the desk was totally unuseable as a desk. The shower had a lot of build up on the outside of it, as it was very old I did not feel it was clean. This was our 3rd night out traveling, the most expensive room and the worst room. Consequently we are canceling the reservation for our return trip.
Disliked: The breakfast was in a separate building (Quality Inn) which was OK

Disliked: Pillows suck

Liked: Pleasant. Good breakfast, huge pool. Nice desk receptionist.

Booking.com needs to get your...

Disliked: My reservation from Booking.com was never sent to the Ontario Oregon Rodeway Inn, I made three attempts to confirm my reservation through the front desk at this hotel. Every time I was told by different employees, they had not received a reservation for me from Booking. com. I spoke to Customer service for Booking.com in the Netherlands which promised help, yet they were not able to send the hotel my reservation information including my confirmation information and Pin.

Disliked: It was a small building to a different hotel which changed the size and price of the one I rented

Liked: Beatrice was the nicest person we encountered there. She serves breakfast.

Probably won't stay there again.

Liked: Breakfast was the only thing that i was really happy about...good options, and very friendly host making sure that breakfast area was clean and supplied
Disliked: Room was cramped and run down. Only sitting arrangement was one chair or the bed. Outside noise and neighbor noise was annoying.
