Only stayed one night but it stood up to expectations.

Liked: Clean; free breakfast; discount at Dennys right by it; staff was nice; microwave and mini fridge were nice to have.
Disliked: Nope.

Liked: There was a lady at the front desk day shift sat and she was amazing the rest was awful
Disliked: Horrendous Experience - Avoid at All CostsMy recent stay at this hotel was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The front desk gentleman on duty was not only incredibly rude and dismissive of our concerns, but he also created serious security and safety issues.He gave my credit card information to two other guests who were not even part of my group – a shocking breach of privacy and a major security risk. Beyond that, his behavior towards my daughter in our other rented room was completely unacceptable. He exhibited harassing behavior and even followed her with her dog. This made us feel incredibly unsafe and violated.The complete disregard for guest privacy, security, and personal boundaries displayed by this individual is alarming. This isn't just about bad customer service; it's about a fundamental failure to ensure guest safety and uphold basic professional standards. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere.There are no screens in the windows holes in wall and doors - i want my full refund back this was ridiculous

Stay wasn’t bad whole experience...

Liked: All charged and couldn’t get my refund back staff was rude and was going to let my 17 year old stay in the parking lot when out of state when room was previously paid for and charged

Never stay there again

Disliked: No bathtub plug. Requested a bathtub but couldn't use it. Room smelled. Had to evacuate at 1230am. Lied to. No consensions were made to anyone for the inconvenience.

The overwhelming stench of urine...

Disliked: The overwhelming stench of urine filled the entire room, keeping my whole family awake almost all night. We hurriedly fled early in the morning — truly the most unforgettable trip we’ve ever had!

Disliked: THE BEDS!. I have a bad back and we got 2 queen beds with our puppy and those beds were the worst.. like from the 70's. My husband would move n it sounded like someone was hitting the windows due to the springs on the ... sorry

Liked: It was convenient to my travel plans, and not too exspensive
Disliked: While I like having a pool and mostly we had the pool to ourselves the bottom was dirty, every time my foot or hand hit the bottom a cloud came up.Also after walking around the room, after a shower I noticed the bottoms of my feet were getting dirty, I assume the floor hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Disliked: As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, I knew we were mislead by the photos. Once inside we were greeted by a funky smell, broken tiles, and run down facilities; but no staff. This place was just scary. Nonway could I stay here with my daughters. While waiting for someone to show up and acknowledge us, I got back on booking.com and made a reservation elsewhere. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to cancel my Rodeway reservation through the ap. I tracked down a housekeeping attendant that was able to call someone to the front desk. Upon his arrival, he was too busy talking on his cell phone to be bothered by helping me for a few more minutes before telling me that he couldn't cancel my reservation.What I thought was a value was money wasted. I never saw a room. The pictures of the lobby weren't of the lobby I was in, so I've got no idea what they even looked like. I didn't check in to the room in hopes of getting my money back.
