Only stayed one night but it stood up to expectations.

Liked: Clean; free breakfast; discount at Dennys right by it; staff was nice; microwave and mini fridge were nice to have.
Disliked: Nope.

Liked: It was convenient to my travel plans, and not too exspensive
Disliked: While I like having a pool and mostly we had the pool to ourselves the bottom was dirty, every time my foot or hand hit the bottom a cloud came up.Also after walking around the room, after a shower I noticed the bottoms of my feet were getting dirty, I assume the floor hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, I knew we were mislead by the photos. Once inside we were greeted by a funky smell, broken tiles, and run down facilities; but no staff. This place was just scary. Nonway could I stay here with my daughters. While waiting for someone to show up and acknowledge us, I got back on booking.com and made a reservation elsewhere. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to cancel my Rodeway reservation through the ap. I tracked down a housekeeping attendant that was able to call someone to the front desk. Upon his arrival, he was too busy talking on his cell phone to be bothered by helping me for a few more minutes before telling me that he couldn't cancel my reservation.What I thought was a value was money wasted. I never saw a room. The pictures of the lobby weren't of the lobby I was in, so I've got no idea what they even looked like. I didn't check in to the room in hopes of getting my money back.

Your hotel needs cleaning and...

Liked: I did not like it. It was not what I expected.
Disliked: The carpet was smelly. It did not look clean. I cannot breathe. I have lung problems.

Never again

Disliked: It was run down room was dirty and when checking out a day early because of the uncleanliness of the property I was told that I would not be getting a refund. Having a baby with me and staying in this facility was not an option. Denying me a refund because of this was just unacceptable.

acceptable but not great

Liked: Hotel room was clean and there were plenty of clean towels in the bathroom. Coffee maker in room was stocked and ready to brew the coffee.
Disliked: Hotel could use some maintenance. Peeling wallpaper in some areas and cracked doors in other areas. Breakfast was limited to mostly waffles or cereal.

Disappointing

Liked: Location was central to where I had meetings
Disliked: Both mornings at breakfast, people were waiting around for someone to come and place food out. The first day there was NO coffee available. No Milk. Waffle maker was inoperable. Orange juice dispenser did not work. I asked attendant at front desk for milk and he asked me where the decanter was. He said someone must have walked off with it. 2nd day, several people were waiting at front desk and also in breakfast area. No one was at front desk for more than 20 minutes. I found a telephone number in my phone and called it and someone answered and said they would be right there. After dealing with the people who had issues with their rooms or rates, He took the milk decanter I was holding and filled it. I took it to the breakfast area and within 2 minutes it was empty again. And again there was no one at the front desk.
