Really nice for the price...

Liked: The location was great. I was centrally located from downtown to the BluRidge Parkway. There was so much to do. The outlet mall was even less than a mile. The room was clean, comfortable, and updated. They had 2 bell hop carts to bring in your luggage.The hallways smelled fresh from plug in air freshener all throughout the hallways.The lady with the red hair at the desk was very accommodating, making sure that my stay was pleasant.
Disliked: It's not the hotel's fault, but with the new North Carolina law that the water temperature can't be over 129°, hot water is scarce during peek hours. To get a mediocre shower, you have to plan your shower accordingly.The elevator doors need some fixing up from other guests carving and drawing on the doors. They shoulhsbe an automatic door opener to keep the door open to bring in luggage and fix the cracked lifted cement that makes getting the luggage cart wheels difficult to get over. Also, they should have more coffee creamer on hand.

Liked: Staff was friendly. Outlet mall, grocery store, gas stations and restaurants very close by.
Disliked: Had to take trash out to dumpster behind hotel.

Liked: The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable
Disliked: Very strong odor of room spray so much so I couldn't sleep because my nose was burning. And the dryer could be heard from our room until 11:00 p.m..

Wouldn’t not sacrifice price to...

Liked: Rooms were fairly clean and everything seemed pretty updated
Disliked: No iron in the room, tv remote didn’t work and they didn’t have a spare, no hot water in the shower, very limited easy parking
