Perfect base to the Grand...

Liked: Location is excellent, close to everything in town and about 1hr drive to GC. William is a cute little Rt 66 town worth the visit. The room is very comfortable, spacious for our family of 4 and having breakfast available was very convenient.

Liked: It was updated clean and a great location.
Disliked: During the breakfast hours there was not a staff member available.Often food items would run out and there was no one to restock or address an issue.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast bar is great too

The stay was OK. We...

Liked: The room felt cozy. The breakfast was good and met expectations. The water was very warm which felt great after being in the cold. Also, while the AC was difficult to get right, it kept the room cozy when we figured out what setting worked for us.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and the AC was difficult get right. My friend and I got no sleep the first night. The next morning, asked for additional pillows and blankets from the front desk before we left for the day, but it was never delivered when we got back. It was late and we were too tired to ask the desk again, so we made do for the second night.

Liked: We had a King Suite, after we changed from the small single Queen room. Loved the shower and the large bathroom. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Small size of the Queen room.
