Disliked: The Bed was all broken and refused to put me in a different room they told me to wait till the morning so the manager gets here

Disliked: The toilet ran I had turned it off the shower. The bathtub had been repaired, but they didn’t finish the job. It was still gray. There is also toilet paper stuck in the floor of the tub unit. Unacceptable. Also, I had to complain about a barking dog that was on the first floor directly underneath our room. I called management and ultimately I was told that they really couldn’t do anything. And that I should not knock on their door asking them to quiet down. Unacceptable. They did not protect too bad that’s why you’re getting minimal scores. It’s a shame but people need to know. They are definitely on their own. I would’ve been better off to call the police department.You should reimburse me my fees because I didn’t get to sleep well all night because of that dog

The most disappointing experience I've...

Liked: The only thing that I liked was the price of the room.
Disliked: This was the worst experience I've ever had to go through with what I needed for a place to stay for a one night stay. For starters I have never had a hotel clerk who was so rude and totally off putting. The clerk answers was so vague that he never said anything about any of the questions I asked. I couldn't get a straight answer either about the rooms that was regarding the upgraded ones. The tv was not working, the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi was disappointing because of them being extremely dirty.
