Liked: Staying in town.away from the I-80, gave me the chance to walk down the.street and experience the town and get my mind off driving

Highly recommend, especialy for individuals...

Liked: Location was convenient to interstate. Staff was very friendly, courtious and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, exceeding my expectations (cheese omelette, sausage, sausage gravy with biscuits, juice, fruit, coffee). Room was very clean and decor nice, though a bit dated. Maintenance appeared excellent. Bed was very comfortable.

Poor

Liked: Staff was very nice.
Disliked: Old, overcharged for room. Couldn't possibly have been a Roadway. More like a motel 6. Motel being renovated. Towel holder fell off the wall, No hot water the next morning, and if there was breakfast, I did not see it. Way overpriced.

Disappointing

Disliked: Door did not tightly fit the door frame so hall light leaked in at night. Similarly and more problematically, the window curtain was smaller than the window it was supposed to cover. For this reason, some part of the room would always be visible to the outside. Because I was on the second floor, this was not a major problem but it was unwelcome.

Superb

Liked: The room had all new furniture and faintly smelled of fresh paint. Looks like new laminate floors so I know everything was bug free. The bathtub was showing its age but was clean and the toilet and sink seemed new. The ac was an older model without precise control but put out plenty of cold air and wasn't very loud.
Disliked: Parking was a little weird because of the location but not too bad.

Good

Liked: Comfortable & pretty clean.
Disliked: Patches in bathroom wall.

This was such a nice...

Liked: The owner was wonderful and very friendly. The room was really clean and smelled clean, which is rare for older hotels.
Disliked: You can hear the railroad because you can hear the railroad everywhere in Sydney. No fault of the hotel, just the fact of life in a town where the railroad runs through.
