I was pleased with how clean the room was, however, added points could have been gained if you the hotel had gone the extra mile, and include cleaning the windows as well. Also, maybe I should have checked when I made the reservation, but there was no iron/ironing board, or hangers to hang your clothes. I considered it odd that they were not supplied when every other amenity was offered. I would come again.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: At first they upgraded our room to a King size bed and we thought it was great but when we got in to the room it smell like a smoking room although it says non smoking room. We are so tired from our 6hrs drive so we just let it pass for a night, I i The next day I asked the front desk if we can move to a non smoking room and it was granted but it doesnt have door locks so we just use a table. The bed wasnt comfortable. the comments and reviews of others are not accurate they all must be a relative of the owner. Not recommendable. But if you have no budget for L.A this is I guess a ok to sleep for 1 night. I dont suggest 2 or more night stay.
