Disliked: Well, we didn't get to stay the night. Had to walk out when we were trying to check in. The guy at the counter was super rude. Nowhere on the booking website did it state that the refundable deposit had to be in cash. I tried to explain to the attendant, that there was nowhere that it stated it had to be in cash. He rudely stated it was on the site. I tried to explain it was not on the site I was going through. He refused to work with me and we stated we would just got somewhere else instead of staying there. The attendant still had my license, and I had to ask for it back (acted like he wasn't going to give it back.
