Disliked: Pictures are deceiving, the rooms are not that nice. We rented multiple rooms and they were not clean. One room had b b's on the floor. A roach was found in another on the last day. We found that staff came into the room during our stay when they should not have. They folded towels and opened the blinds. They did not even empty the trash. When the front desk was asked about this, they had no answers and would not find out. The excuse was, "if I call to ask, she won't answer". While passing through the lobby, the front desk was on the phone talking someone through on how to clean a toilet. The pool was advertised as a perk, but it was closed and not mentioned before booking. None of the windows locked, they were sliding windows with a stick. Our stick was not long enough, so I had to wedge the room Bible with the stick to prevent someone coming in. When issues were brought up, they did not care.
