HORRIBLE

Liked: The man who was working the service desk was nice.
Disliked: The hotel charges a $100 deposit which I was told can't be refunded for 5 days even though we only stayed one night. The room was extremely rundown, dirty, it smelled bad and the door lock was too old to work with swipe keys anymore, so the service desk employee had to let us in with his master key. It was a terrible hotel.

Bad

Liked: The hotel is very close to many food options and is not far from the highway so it's easy to get to and from where you are going.
Disliked: The hotel is very run down and is near a large homeless encampment. The room was grungy, no fridge, I only had one channel on the TV which had to block the bathroom to plug in. The room had a hall linked to another room which was concerning.

I will never be staying...

Liked: Horrible customer service, the TV didn't work, the ice machine didn't work, rude staff, messed up my reservation so I couldn't bring my dog, all in all an absolutely awful experience
Disliked: Customer service, facility, the price.

Disappointing

Liked: The heater mostly worked.
Disliked: There was no microwave, trash cans, or toilet paper. The TV only has one channel to watch and the overhead lights didn't work.

We slept in our clothes

Disliked: Cigarettes Stink

Bad

wouldn't stay there again.

Disliked: breakfast ok, policies excessive, did not release deposit immediately.

Liked: The Maintenance Man created a Room of Horrors for me. I have forwarded videos and pictures to the authorities. They actually expected me to sleep in a bed with blood stained sheets. Management made no corrections. It is likely I will file a lawsuit!
Disliked: No internet. No regular television. The Television itself and lights rigged so they could not be turned off so I could sleep and then I found the blood stains as I was about to go to bed. Slept on the filthy floor.
