Flooding and smoke smell.

Liked: The staff was friendly (but not helpful).
Disliked: The property is supposed to be fully non-smoking, however, our room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. I have asthma and this affects my breathing. I reported it to the front desk immediately but all they said was “sorry.” There was no offer to move to another room or other help. The smoke detector was also removed from the wall. We tried to keep the window open but it was a cold night and the room faced the outside, so there would be opportunity for someone to get in through the window if we left it open while sleeping. During the night, the A/C unit leaked water all over the floor and created large puddles that we had to walk through to get to the bathroom and front door. Please note that we DID NOT use the A/C at all. Did not even turn it on. I reported it to the front desk when we checked out and the only response was “sorry” again without an options or suggestions to rectify it or discount the stay.

Disliked: tried to check in at 130 pm but they wanted $15 per hour so $30 check in was 3pm, and they charge$ 15 per hour over at check out, So, I came back at 3 pm to get room at their check in time, they gave me a room that was still being cleaned, so more wait.
