Liked: Good location and nice staff
Disliked: It is a Motel with very old faucets & carpet and swimming pool which cannot be used.

Liked: Location was great, had on site parking. Staff was great.
Disliked: The bed was not the most comfortable....

Liked: The room appeared to be dirty carpet bed was good. It was a very old building. Someone has tried to fix up exterior looks nice but one concern I have the light switches were in the tub area in the bathroom and I have photos to back it up
Disliked: I would not recommend this hotel people were nice

Liked: The staff at the front office were super nice and helpful.
Disliked: They had a problem with water leaking to the room under so we couldnt used the shower for the 3 nights we stayed. That is a really upsetting when you have 2 little ones and including myself. Bath time is super relaxing for anyone.

Liked: location close to entertainment and shopping
Disliked: hotel is old and needed a new refresh makeover. toilet, bathtub, doors, carpet, lightings, curtains, needs to be replaced.

Liked: The location was great. Across the street was the Americana at Brand which was a great experience. But, the hotel was not great and in need of a remodel.
Disliked: The hotel was not great and in need of a remodel. The couple I was traveling with said their room smelled like smoke. We would not stay there again and should not have been compared with the chain hotels it was compared to in the deal. False advertising.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Bathroom tub drain kept plugging and would then release all the gunk in the drain into the standing water around your feet. And there was a significant gap in the door from the outside (1st floor) into the room. It was large enough for mice to crawl in.

Liked: Room price, room was cleaned every day , hotel close to home, courteous
Disliked: The shower has to be fixed and toilet is too low .

Liked: Location free parking
Disliked: On the email it said check in time 2:00 but was not allowed to get a room till 3 pm.
