Overall Good Place

Liked: The staff was very friendly especially Stephanie she was very attentive to our needs and super sweet!!!!🤗 She gave us a good room right inside the pool area. Plus it's close to Cedar Point and the Jet Express that takes you to Kelley Island!!!❤️
Disliked: Well the only thing didn't care for was the Bed was not very Comfy and coffee and breakfast as advertised.😒 Other than that we would stay there again!!!!❤️

Great for what it was...

Liked: We enjoyed the jacuzzi. We enjoyed the stay overall . We enjoyed the air . Pool was great just small.
Disliked: Funny smell . Area . Jets don’t work in the jacuzzi. Had to thoroughly clean the jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned the best . Sheets stink . The lights worked but had to wiggle to turn on

Terrible don't stay here

Liked: There really wasn't much that we actually enjoyed there we tried to avoid staying at the hotel most of the time because it was so dated and so uncomfortable and the TV only worked half the time
Disliked: As I mentioned before the bed was incredibly hard the floor was gross you cannot take your shoes off because the floor needs cleaned the Hotel does not offer any conditioner in their rooms which is something we usually look forward to so we don't have to travel with our big bottles of shampoo and conditioner but they only offered shampoo even though they had a pool in the place the breakfast that they say they offer is a couple nutri-grain bars in a couple cakes unless you try to use the coffee maker in your room which is awful they do not offer any kind of coffee
