Hard Rock Stadium was great; not so much the hotel but at least it was only one night.

Disliked: The hospitality at check-in was lacking, as I had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to arrive. Unfortunately, there was no apology or compensation for the delay. Additionally, the hotel was quite dirty. While an older hotel can have its charm, cleanliness and maintenance are essential. The curtains had holes and were dirty, the carpet was unclean, and the bathroom fixtures showed signs of rust. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the tub had a hole. The elevator made a loud noise reminiscent of a tornado, which could be heard in the room. The pool area was also unkempt, with trash and lint in the water, and the walls were dirty. Additionally, the paint in the elevator on the fourth floor was peeling everywhere.

Liked: Check in/out was okay.
Disliked: Only one working elevator. Elevator that was working felt unsafe to be in. When walking down the hall to our room, very strange smell in the air. Someone at the end of the hall was also playing really loud music. When entering our room, it had a weird smell. Bathroom did not look clean.
