You get what you pay...

Liked: Out of date
Disliked: The shower was horribly small. No way to adjust the water spout that shot over my head and straight into the glass wall that was scummy with film.

My experience was great and...

Liked: Easy parking, friendly staff, spacious bathroom, comfy bed.

Good

Liked: Clean, decently sized room and parking in front of the motel, comfortable beds. The bathrooms are a bit old but still functional.
Disliked: The owner seemed very suspicious (for no reason); his son checked us in, and he was much friendlier. It is quite loud with the highway directly next to the motel and trucks or trains honking at night.

Needs some fixing up and...

Liked: Price
Disliked: Right next to the highway. All you hear is traffic.

Disliked: Noisy because it was near the freeway. Rooms are dated and need renovation

Liked: Clean, bed was comfy.
Disliked: Modesto is not where I would stay again. Nothing against the hotel itself, but roads were confusing and poorly marked for out of town travelers.

Liked: Clean and very modern
Disliked: The noise from the freeway. The floor creaked.

It was nice to have...

Liked: The bed and pillows were very comfortable—often not the case with a bargain hotel— and the price was excellent. The room was clean and the location was good.
Disliked: The blanket on the bed was thin—I had to double it over myself to be warm enough, even with the heat set at 68. Check-in could have been more welcoming.

Served it’s purpose.

Disliked: Old towels, cracked shower door and the water pooled a bit in the shower.
