Overall it was a great...

Liked: The location was perfect and the room was clean.
Disliked: The bed was a little uncomfortable.

Good

It is adequate to lay...

Liked: King bed was of decent quality.
Disliked: Sheets and pillow cases did not appear to be "Clean". Chair in the room was dirty and torn. Top of head board was dirty as was the floor around it and behind the bedside stand. Cleanliness was not a priority and from the looks of the property neither was fixing broken windows
