Don’t let the exterior put...
Liked: The location and it appeared to be recently renovated inside the rooms.
Disliked: The outside is very scruffy and rundown. The room smelt terribly of ‘dog’

Disliked: Had microwaves but there was nothing else ie cutlery etc.

Good place for a base...
Liked: It is close to downtown as well as to other restaurants and food shopping. Staff very helpful when required. Beds were quite comfortable.
Disliked: The bath tub drain was very slow. As with all motels, I find the A/C - heater was noisy. It worked fine so no issue that way.

Pleasant and good value
Liked: The room was spacious and could tell that it had been recently renovated - new beds and lighting. We were first allocated a room on the top level but staff were helpful and moved us to the ground floor when we asked due to pregnancy. Lovely location and area was quiet at night.
Disliked: Chain on the door was broken so did not feel very secure and carpets were not clean. Fridge was loud and if someone used the shower or toilet in the night in the room above this can wake you up due to loud plumbing
