Rodeway Inn Gateway to Medora T-Roosevelt & Makoshika State Park

Location was where we needed...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Bedding permanently stained to the point we did not use the covers. I had to go ask for more toilet paper bc they left us a very small partial roll. Breakfast was stale bread for toast or coffee but the creamer was curdled. So gross.

Poor

Liked: I did not eat breakfast. The hotel is fine but building is old. Room was not equipped with towels but the front desk lady did get me towels. I could not watch tv cause it was not hooked up to internet or something. The front desk was very nice and her customer service is very good. She does excellent work. As I said she went and got towels for me. The front desk lady did make me feel comfortable with excellent extra activities which was great
Disliked: It could have been better if the other people that was staying at the hotel could have been more respectful. There was slamming doors till 2am. I could not sleep.

Liked: Staff was great. Good location for us
Disliked: Floor was very dirty. Something sticky had been spilled and not cleaned up.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The hotel smelled like pot in the main hallways when we checked in. The room was not clean - there was stuff all over the carpeting. No towels or soap available.

Disliked: Shower head needed replacing. TV was not working. Most likely previous occupants had unhooked things to play games.

Only Fair.

Liked: Very dated but clean. Beds comfortable.
Disliked: AC unit very noisy. POOR breakfast selection. Not good value for the cost.

Say hi to BEAST and...

Liked: When we first arrived, BEAST greeted me. Best hotel desk clerk EVER. I'd go back just to visit him. It's a tiny town but surprisingly there were a lot of people staying there. Met some small families with kids and nice to know it's pet friendly.
Disliked: We didn't have a view because we were on the bottom level, but not a biggy.
