Close to the event that we were attending. Very friendly front desk; the rooms are always clean; I'll definitely be back.

Liked: Front desk very friendly.
Disliked: Hotel rooms are a little bit outdated.

Liked: The room was clean but needs updating & paint. The bed was comfortable with decent pillows. The heat/cooling unit was loud when the fan kicked on. The room had a mini-fridge that worked. The pool was small & unappealing. The location is good & Charlies Cafe next door is a good choice for breakfast/ lunch.
Disliked: The inside of the main door had patches where the paint was peeled off. The noise of the heater / fan kicking on & off made sleeping somewhat difficult. Skimpy towels.

Disliked: The grounds were filthy, the room had a horrible musty smell. The bed was uncomfortable. I had to haul my suitcase up old cement stairs to the second floor. The parking lot was dirty and the entrance to the property had a small very unprofessional looking sign.

Disliked: Bathroom walls dirty by garbage can. Tub needs old or moldy grout scraped out and replace.

Disliked: No towels in room. When we asked for some they only had one to give. The building we were in by the office didnt feel safe. Lock on doors are flimsy and you can see the outside around the door, very noisy at night. Also the neighbors had their door open and their dog came running at us as we passed by.
