It reminded me of a...
Liked: Towels were clean. Sheets were clean. Wi Fi worked good. Clerk was nice. I did not mind that it was a truck stop.
Disliked: Bad marijuana smoke. Lights did not work. Curtains terrible. Outside appearance not good.

Liked: Nice large room and quiet.
Disliked: There were no chairs in room. It needs at least one.

Liked: Good location, and cost was in our price range (we travel on a budget and look for low cost). No frills. The only chair in the room as uncomfortable.
Disliked: This hotel chain advertises that breakfast is included. It is not, however! We did find a satisfactory place to eat breakfast, though. This hotel was adjacent to a truck stop/gas station, but fortunately our room was quiet.

Liked: The guy at the desk. Big teddy bear. Right off I-80, then easy to get in and out for an overnight traveler.
Disliked: The TV. Old tube TV clearly needs to be replaced.

Liked: staff, close to food and sights
Disliked: it was hard to find no lit signs, needs updated in room like new mattress and outside needs cleaned up, in all the whole motel needs a complete updating.

Unhappy
Disliked: Online reservation for non-smoking room 8/28. On same day I called motel to request ground floor with fridge. My husband is disabled and has a hard time stairs. Also has meds that need to be kept cold. I was told that would not be a problem. However, when I checked in they gave me a second floor, smoking room, without a fridge. Said that was all they had they were full and couldnt make any changes they didnt hsve anything. I had to take it because it was after 9 pm and I was having eye surgery next morning and didnt have time to start looking all over again. Very disappointed!
