Friendly, Clean, Comfortable, and safe.

Liked: Very clean! Front desk guy was really friendly and did a great job assuring me that there was someone always available if needed at the desk. The desk is open 24-7. Being new to LA knowing someone’s always available is reassuring to our safety. The bed was so comfy! Shower had great pressure and built in shampoo and conditioner.
Disliked: The sanitizing chemicals used to clean our room smelled a little strong. I have a great nose, husband not so great and even he was like that’s some strong sanitation. There’s comfort in knowing everything is squeaky clean, but if you’re sensitive to smell it may be a little to strong of a smell for you. We didn’t mind, just a thought for you. There also is construction going on so be careful with the construction workers.

Liked: Didn't know they offer breakfast the guy in the office with glasses was rude and not friendly. They have roaches bath dirty and window broken noise non stop

Liked: I liked how inexpensive and easy it was to book my stay.
Disliked: I didn’t like how thin the pillows on the bed were and how little water pressure there was coming from the shower.
