Cheap but clean.

Liked: cheap, and ok-ish location if you want to go to long beach in 20-30 minutes.
Disliked: "Will be back in 15 minutes" actually took longer than 15 minutes. Luckily, we found the receptionist in the back of the hotel (during check-in time). The receptionist also forgot to return my passport and said it would take about two weeks to get my deposit back unless I paid the $200 in cash. Luckily, the next day, another employee was at the reception who was a bit more competent and said the deposit would be released normally after a maximum of two days.

Not impressed with this place...

Liked: We stayed a month earlier and all was good but the owner/manager wasn’t very nice this time.
Disliked: The toilet backed up, asked for a plunger but they said they didn’t have one. Finally got a cleaning lady to come and she called another cleaning lady. They couldn’t get it unclogged. This happened around 11am. The owner stopped me in the parking lot and said the room was very messy, I said well-the floor needs to be swept yes but it’s not messy go look. He didn’t go up there and look. Caught me a half hour later in the parking lot again, said the cleaning lady would be there after 3 to snake the toilet. She came and finally fixed it.I got in the shower and after getting all soaped up and conditioner in my hair the shower drain was backed up. I got the plunger and plunged the hell out of it, a big glob of black hair came out but it was still clogged. Kept plunging and some brown ugly stuff was coming out of the drain. It was so disgusting,I think it was poop! Omg, I am still disgusted over that! Will never stay there again!
